He kissed me and cared, but it dosnt seem like it .. ?

I am IN LOVE with this guy , hes popular and really nice to me and i just love him .. at lunch (middle or longest recess) it was really hot , it was like 37 out , and i fainted from the heat. I woke up in an ambulance truck with my crush and my teacher. They both stayed at the hospital until my mom and dad came, because i was still dizzy and stuff was blury .. there was a point were meand my crush were left alone . i asked him what happend and he said you fainted and scared me to death. i had to come because i cant live without knowing you were okay. and i just stared at him.. he kissed me becaus myteacher was coming with my parents, which meant he coudnt do it later .. does he actually care about me ? or was he just really scared and needed to know i was okay ? i know he kissed me and all , but .. i dont now .. any advice or w.e ? i NEED to know.
