Help!!!! EMERGENCY!!!!!!!!?

Ok, so my friend who is like my sister has five dogs. One is a malamute, and it is the biggest. The rest are medium sized. The malamute's name is Shayla. Just today, Shayla attacked Chloe, our mutt-dog, and now Chloe has a broken foot, a bleeding eye, a terrible wound in her side(really deep and gushing blood), and a hole ripped in her throat! Also her ear has been ripped and she is laying in a puddle of blood. My friend's parents said she would be ok and went to the biggest town with a mall. her parents don't plan to take Chloe to the vet, but my friend is running frantic trying to save Chloe, who is now on the brink of death!!! nobody is around to take Chloe to the vet! what should we do!!! Please, please, help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
