I haven't seen a good RPG release in the longest time. I know of a couple of good PS1 RPGs that I don't see on your list: Xenogears and Lunar: Silver Star Story Complete. LSSC happens to be my favorite RPG ever. Anyway, those are old ones but definitely good ones.
