Where can I get a Meyer lemon tree if I live in Texas?

It takes an act of congress to get a lemon tree shipped if you live in Texas. Any Texans out there know a website (that works... I tried www.citrustreesonline.com and there is nowhere to order...) that I can get a tree from???
