Am i feeding my quaker parrot the correct diet? and also what fruits and veggies can i feed him?

i just got a quaker parrot and i want to make sure i am giving him the best possible diet ! this is what im giving him so far... zupreem pellet food for atiels ( i was told ateil food was good for quaker parrots) and healthy select ateil mix which has a mixture of seeds in it and also i thaw out frozen vegatable medaly mix for him (which has different veggies in it.) so what other veggies can i give him? also what fruits can i give him? thank you so much for the info guys i really appreciate it :D oh and im also giving him a vitemen suppliment that you sprinkle on their food.
