Can I be garnished if we WERE sued as an LLC?

My wife and I where sued and they are trying to garnish my wages. But they sued our company which is an LLC? Which I believe we are both apart of. My understanding is even if we are listed along with the company on the suit we still are protected is this correct? We live in Wisconsin. Any help is appreciated.
