Do you think the United Kingdom feels more fractured today than at any time since the poll tax riots?

Personally I think the example you use of the BA cabin crew is unfair, their boss willie walsh told them they had to make cuts of about �43million, so unite offered a package of �63million, but big willie decided to up the figure after unite made the offer, also willie is on about �750k, if he expects his employees to take a pay cut of up to 30% then he should be prepared to take a wage cut to a similar figure. I disagree we are more fractured, but the diversity is more noticeable.
