How can I buy a car with no credit, no job, no proff of income, nor a co-signer?

I'm 18 years old and my parents are really young and didn't really prepare well for me attending college. They recently got identity theft and lost all their money. I have pretty good grades, so I got scholarships to go to College. I'm going to College in Tallahee, but during the summer I have to work. How in the world am I going to get a car? No money, no job, no co-signer? What do I do??
