How can i get rid..of..pimples , acne..and vulgaris?

i'm..having..so..many pimples..on..my face..i evn..visited..a..dermatologist..he said evrythng..will..b..f9..within..a..month.… my treatment is still..going..on..but its not at ol..effective..i've tried ol..d..d..home made remedies..but nodinz..wrkin..4..meh..and i hav an oily skin too..plzz..hlp..me..out..!!
