Name of the movie where kid makes a wish to a genie machine to grow up?

Alright, so there's this movie I was watching where the kid goes to a carnival, and makes a wish to a carnival game of some sort to grow up. The kid wakes up the next day and viola, he's grown up. His (still young) friend helps him get set up in a ratty hotel and get a job. I was watching this and fell asleep - I'd love to try and finish it. Anyone know the name?
