THE GREAT GASTBY HELP PLEASE!?

1 is not personal opinion at all. The scenes are clearly linked, but not so much in a linear fashion, but more of a story development matrix, where different elements of the story occur but in a synergistic way that comes together at the end. There is a logical transition, more is revealed with each scene, but it is definitely not linear.
