Im having troubles????????

Theres this guy I like and I dont know how to talk to him. Hes in my science cl, i see him during gym, italian,and at the end of study hall. Help?? How do i ind out if he likes me? He comes up to me randomly and writes on my binder and pencil case and sometimes my upper thigh i love *his name* or *his name* is y. help?
