Should I trust AutoCheck?

I found a good car that I liked for super cheap on Craigslist. The guy is going to Afghanistan and needs the car gone as soon as possible. And because he has such a time limit, he's lowed the cost for the car dramatically. Its a 2005 Honda Accord EX for $2500 that's in good condition. We're going through AutoCheck, which won't give him the money until 5 days of me testing it out. If I don't like it I can send it back. This sounds incredibly too good to believe. Am I being cynical or should I stop the process?
